Reason #783 Why Pumping Sucks
Posted on | March 10, 2010 | 3 Comments
Because, for the fourth time in less than a month, I have forgotten necessary pieces of the pump at home leading to an uncomfortable feeling in my chestal region and possibly even to leakage in the next hour or so. Plus, I have to take J to the doctor at 11:30 because he had so much trouble breathing last night so I can’t go home and get the piece now or I’d get back to work in time to pump and then leave again. So it looks like formula is on the menu for tomorrow. And on the menu today is discomfort, anger, and milk squirt-age. Sweetness.

Sorry to hear that, I did that once. (Lucky I had 3 other mama's in my building that pumped at the time so pump parts were everywhere).
Keep an extra set of accessories at work and I love the Medela microwave sanitizer bags (have some in my desk draw) total lifesavers!
